Kyle Hatcher: Partner and Co-Founder
Kyle grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and received his undergrad in business from the University of Georgia. After several years in corporate management, he taught economics in the Peace Corps in Kazakhstan and received his master's degree in International Security and Development, an experience that eventually drew him to Washington DC. Kyle earned a Presidential Management Fellowship in 2005, and subsequently joined the U.S. diplomatic corps in 2007. In 2013, Kyle was named one of the University of Georgia's 40 Under 40 for his professional and social contributions. Kyle has called Washington DC home since 2005, and manages his own Capitol Hill and Silver Spring properties. He has lived and worked in Kazakhstan, Russia, The Bahamas, and Hungary.
Renee Arigoni: Partner and Office Manager
Renee was born and raised in Silicon Valley, California before it was Silicon Valley. She received her BA in International Studies from the University of Washington, studied abroad at the American University of Cairo, and obtained her MPA in International Management at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. After working in Middle East development for several years, she started her own Residential Professional Organizing business before coming onboard with GTP. For 10 years, she lived in, renovated, and now manages her property in the Shaw neighborhood of DC, as well as a home in California, so she understands what it's like to have rental properties and managing from afar. She currently lives with her husband and two kids in Arlington, VA.
Kiril Van Orman: Property Manager
Kiril Van Orman is a Russian, Hebrew, English, Ukrainian, French speaker and a resident of Capitol Hill. He has two years of property management experience, serving as the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator at U.S. Embassy Freetown in Sierra Leone. Kiril has studied History and Business and is a State Department EFM.
Rose Collins - Property Manager
Rosemary Collins grew up in Wyncote, Pennsylvania and is the tenth of 15 children. She was a fire fighter/emergency medical technician volunteer before moving to Maryland and receiving her B.S. degree in health sciences therapy from Howard University in Washington, D.C. Rose served with her husband, a 32-year veteran of the State Department, in the West African countries of Cape Verde and Gambia. While in Cape Verde, she was employed as Warehouse Supervisor and enhanced her customer service and organizational skills. Upon returning to the states, Rose has been employed by Starbucks Coffee Company which has further improved her customer service skills. As a self-admitted DIY addict, she has a keen eye for renovation projects including those in her own home, specifically a $40,000.00 renovation which was completed this past year. Rose enjoys her free time doing jigsaw puzzles and needlework, and spending time with her husband, children and two grandchildren.
Krystsina Turner - Property Manager
Krystsina Turner is originally from Minsk Belarus. She graduated from Belarusian State Economic University in 2005. Krystsina has worked as a Community Liaison Officer in the U.S. Embassies of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, and Warsaw, Poland, and as an Administrative Assistant in U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. She recently returned back to the D.C. area from Almaty, Kazakhstan, and is a State Department EFM. Krystsina speaks Belarusian, Russian, and Polish.
Jennifer Hoyer - Property Manager
Jennifer is originally from Indiana, but received her Liberal Arts degree in Pasadena, California. Jennifer developed customer service skills as an Arbonne consultant for 20 years and a Worker’s Compensation coordinator for 5 years. She has renovated one home and currently owns investment properties in Indiana. As a State Department EFM, Jennifer speaks Spanish and has lived in Mexico, Chile, Kenya, Israel, Cyprus, and the Philippines. Each summer her family participates in an outreach project sponsored by Common Ground Ministries in Indianapolis, Indiana, where teens learn essential home improvement skills from parents and tradesmen while renovating low income houses. Jennifer lives in Fairfax with her husband and three sons.
Andy Allman: Partner and Co-Founder
Andy is a DC native who knows the area about as well as anyone. While earning his undergraduate and graduate degrees, he spent much of the past 15 years living and traveling abroad, including Peace Corps service in Kazakhstan and teaching English in China. For seven years he called DC's Shaw neighborhood home. Andy and his wife renovated their row house themselves, so he is prepared to handle just about any household problem. He currently manages this property in Shaw, and lives in Arlington, VA. He has lived and worked in Kazakhstan, China, and various countries in the Middle East.
Jennifer Greathouse - Property Manager
Jen Greathouse grew up in both the Chicagoland area and London. She received her BA degree from Indiana University in Social and Behavioral Psychology and recently completed her second degree, a BS in Nutrition. After completing her undergraduate studies, she worked in Marketing Research and Sales as a Research Analyst and Sales Manager until she met her husband and joined him in the Foreign Service. Life abroad took them to Africa where they have lived in Senegal, Uganda, and Gambia. Working as an EFM, Jen has worked under GSO and Management as both a Sub-Contractor and an AGSO. Jen has a passion for working with people and delivering excellent customer service to ensure her clients needs be met at a standard they desire. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling and has been known to be a pet whisperer of sorts as well. Jen is a licensed Real Estate Agent and an EFM.
Patricia Sipher - Property Manager
Patricia considers Northern Virginia home but she has lived in Poland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, Jordan, India, and South Korea. She is a well-rounded and extremely dependable professional with over ten years of experience in the government and non-profit sectors. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Policy Studies, and a Master’s degree in International Relations. Throughout the time her family has lived overseas, Patricia managed their house in Virginia as well as worked with real estate agents across continents and timezones. She understands the unique position of buying as well as renting and managing U.S. real estate while living abroad, and is here to assist you with your real estate needs.
Anna Dille - Property Manager
Anna Dille is a long-term resident of the Washington, D.C. area and owns rental property in Northern Virginia and overseas; she has experience in house and apartment renovations and landscaping. She is originally from Minsk, Belarus, and has lived and worked at U.S. Embassies in Prague and Astana, Kazakhstan. There she ran the Community Liaison Office, where she was involved in housing for new arrivals to the mission. Additionally, she has run two small businesses and was an Educator. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Minsk State Linguistic University and is halfway through a degree in interior design at the Academy of Art University. With her experience in the Washington area property market, she is ready to support you.
Soledad Bergada - Property Manager
Soledad joined GTP in late 2016. She received her law degree in 2001, and she is also a specialist in Taxes and Justice Administration. Soledad practiced law as an attorney with Argentina's Supreme Court for nearly ten years before joining her spouse on a series of foreign service postings including Colombia, Paraguay, the United Nations, and Washington D.C. During this time, Soledad worked as an entrepreneur, a pro-bono immigration attorney at Safe Horizon, a State Department employee focused on residential security, and a Mother. She has lived in California, Connecticut, and New York, and is currently living in Virginia where she is raising two children with her spouse. Soledad is fluent in English andSpanish.
Kaya Ikuma - Property Manager
Kaya Ikuma was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Art’s degree from Hope College and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo. Kaya served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for Cuyahoga County in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2004, she rented out her home in Cleveland and moved overseas with her spouse, a foreign service officer with the U.S. Department of State. Kaya has lived in Yemen, Nepal and Jordan. She worked in international development for USAID, the American Bar Association and the United Nations. She speaks Japanese, Arabic and French. She has over a decade of experience with managing her own properties from overseas and other states.
Sergio Garcia - Property Manager
Sergio Garcia grew up in the Mexican town of Monterrey, Mexico. He graduated from Universidad de Monterrey with a degree in International Studies. Right out of College he got a job in the marketing department at AT&T Mexico, and later founded a technology company called Sasquatch where he helped develop a virtual tour tool for real estate agents, and the most popular restaurant website in the city. Alongside his entrepreneurial endeavors, he has worked in sales and customer service departments of several companies including Apple. He then got married to whom he swears is "the most beautiful human on the planet!" and moved first to Dubai and now to Capitol Hill in Washington D.C.
