Operations Manager for Virginia
Tiffany Hughes grew up in New Mexico where she received a Bachelor's Degree in General Business. After completing her degree, she volunteered with her husband in Guatemala before he joined the Department of State. They have lived in Cape Verde and Italy. During her time in Rome, she pursued a Master's Degree in Global Business Management. Her previous professional experience includes work in customer service for a small business. She enjoys hiking, sightseeing, and watching movies with her husband and two daughters. Tiffany is a State Department EFM.
Partner and Office Manager
Renee was born and raised in Silicon Valley, California before it was Silicon Valley. She received her BA in International Studies from the University of Washington, studied abroad at the American University of Cairo, and obtained her MPA in International Management at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. After working in Middle East development for several years, she started her own Residential Professional Organizing business before coming onboard with GTP. For 10 years, she lived in, renovated, and now manages her property in the Shaw neighborhood of DC, as well as a home in California, so she understands what it's like to have rental properties and managing from afar. She currently lives with her husband and two kids in Arlington, VA.
Senior Accounting Team Lead
Michel has lived abroad in Finland, Brazil, Belgium, and Austria. During his time overseas, Michel worked for various organizations and companies and started a jewelry design business. Michel speaks five languages fluently - Arabic, Hebrew, English, German and French - and has some fluency in Portuguese. Michel received a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management in Brussels, Belgium, as well as an Associate's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management from Penn State University. He is a State Department EFM.
IT Manager and Training Manager
Prior to her current position, Mandi Wolfes was a Property Manager and then the Operations Manager for DC & MD at Globe Trotter Properties. Mandi grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. She lived in Granada, Spain, and spent 5 summers volunteering in public health projects through the Amigos De Las Americas program in Paraguay, Mexico, Ecuador, and Costa Rica. Teach for America brought her to Baltimore to teach middle school Spanish, after which, she transitioned to working as a Housing Counselor for local non-profit organizations. Mandi is fluent in Spanish, with a rusty command for American Sign Language and Portuguese. She lives in upper NE Washington, D.C. with her spouse and two children. Mandi enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, trying weird foods, nerdy things like board and card games, jigsaw puzzles, and fiddling with spreadsheets, and just being a goofball.
Operations Manager for Washington, D.C. & Maryland
Patricia served as a licensed VA Real Estate Salesperson and Property Manager on GTP's Team Danube in Virginia for 18 months followed by Team Mekong in DC for 6 months after making a permanent move to Washington, D.C. Patricia has lived in Poland, Belgium, United Kingdom, Italy, Jordan, India, and South Korea. She is a well-rounded and dependable professional with over ten years of experience in the government and non-profit sectors. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Policy Studies, and a Master’s degree in International Relations. Throughout the time her family has lived overseas, Patricia managed their house in Virginia as well as worked with real estate agents across continents and time zones. She understands the unique position of buying as well as renting and managing U.S. real estate while living abroad, and is here to assist you with your real estate and property management needs.
JULIANA KRAUSS GREY
Senior Billing and Advertising Specialist for Virginia
Juliana is originally from São Paulo, Brazil. There she worked with customer services for many years before she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy and started working as a preschool teacher. She came to the United States as an Au Pair in 2009. After the Au Pair program, she worked in a preschool and taught Portuguese in Virginia. Juliana is a State Department EFM and has lived in Turkey with her family. She is completing another Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a concentration in Public Relations.
Silke Korn was born and raised in Germany. She has a background in residential construction, architecture, and property management. As a military spouse she moved to the United States in 2010 where she earned a Bachelor of Science at the Pennsylvania State University. From Pennsylvania, Silke and her family relocated to North Carolina, then moved to the Washington D.C. area in the summer of 2017. Silke is a Virginia licensed Realtor® and is fluent in German and English.
Virginia Onboarding Lead
Jen grew up in both the Chicago-land area and London. She received her BA degree from Indiana University in Social and Behavioral Psychology and recently completed her second degree, a BS in Nutrition. After completing her undergraduate studies, she worked in Marketing Research and Sales as a Research Analyst and Sales Manager until she met her husband and joined him in the Foreign Service. Life abroad took them to Africa where they have lived in Senegal, Uganda, and Gambia. Working as an EFM, Jen has worked as both a Sub-Contractor and an Assistant General Services Officer. Jen has a passion for working with people and delivering excellent customer service to ensure her clients needs be met at a standard they desire. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling and has been known to be a pet whisperer of sorts as well. Jen is a licensed Real Estate Agent and an EFM.
Billing and Advertising Specialist for Washington, D.C. and Maryland
Krystsina Turner is originally from Minsk, Belarus. She graduated from Belarusian State Economic University in 2005. Krystsina has worked as a Community Liaison Officer in the U.S. Embassies of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, and Warsaw, Poland, and as an Administrative Assistant in U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. She recently returned back to the D.C. area from Almaty, Kazakhstan, and is a State Department EFM. Krystsina speaks Belarusian, Russian, and Polish.

Christi Schwartz was born and raised in Vernon, Texas. She received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation, she started her career in the Office of Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison in Washington, DC. As the spouse of a State Department Foreign Service Officer, she has lived abroad in Bogota, Colombia, Caracas, Venezuela, and Nairobi, Kenya. She has held various Embassy positions, including as an RSO Administrative Assistant and CLO. Christi currently resides in Reston, Virginia, with her husband and two children. She enjoys photography, spending time with her family, and being outdoors.
