Tiffany Hughes grew up in New Mexico where she received a Bachelor's Degree in General Business. After completing her degree, she volunteered with her husband in Guatemala before he joined the Department of State. They have lived in Cape Verde and Italy. During her time in Rome, she pursued a Master's Degree in Global Business Management. Her previous professional experience includes work in customer service for a small business. She enjoys hiking, sightseeing, and watching movies with her husband and two daughters. Tiffany is a State Department EFM.
Nancy O'Neal - Property Manager
Nancy O’Neal was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and more recently, as a State Department EFM, she has worked in Public Affairs offices at U.S. embassies in Iraq, Italy and Oman while living in those locations. Nancy currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband Jeff, a foreign service officer. They have 2 grown children and one granddaughter. Nancy enjoys reading, traveling, and walking/hiking outdoors.
Jennifer Hoyer - Property Manager
Jennifer is originally from Indiana, but received her Liberal Arts degree in Pasadena, California. Jennifer developed customer service skills as an Arbonne consultant for 20 years and a Worker’s Compensation coordinator for 5 years. She has renovated one home and currently owns investment properties in Indiana. As a State Department EFM, Jennifer speaks Spanish and has lived in Mexico, Chile, Kenya, Israel, Cyprus, and the Philippines. Each summer her family participates in an outreach project sponsored by Common Ground Ministries in Indianapolis, Indiana, where teens learn essential home improvement skills from parents and tradesmen while renovating low income houses. Jennifer lives in Fairfax with her husband and three sons.
Tanya Nelson - Property Manager
Tanya Nelson is a Virginia licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Capital Properties and a member of Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. She began to call Northern Virginia a home in 2003 when her husband joined the Department of State. Tanya is originally from St-Petersburg, Russia, and immigrated to the United States in 2001. She owns two investment properties, one in Canada and the other in Northern Virginia so she knows how important it is to have a peace of mind knowing that your home is taken care of when you are away.
