Andy Allman: Partner and C0-Founder

Andy is a DC native who knows the area about as well as anyone. While earning his undergraduate and graduate degrees, he spent much of the past 15 years living and traveling abroad, including Peace Corps service in Kazakhstan and teaching English in China. For seven years he called DC's Shaw neighborhood home.  Andy and his wife renovated their row house themselves, so he is prepared to handle just about any household problem.  He currently manages this property in Shaw, and lives in Arlington, VA.  He has lived and worked in Kazakhstan, China, and various countries in the Middle East.

Renee Arigoni:  Partner and Office Manager

Renee was born and raised in Silicon Valley, California before it was Silicon Valley. She received her BA in International Studies from the University of Washington, studied abroad at the American University of Cairo, and obtained her MPA in International Management at the Monterey Institute of International Studies. After working in Middle East development for several years, she started her own Residential Professional Organizing business before coming onboard with GTP.  For 10 years, she lived in, renovated, and now manages her property in the Shaw neighborhood of DC, as well as a home in California, so she understands what it's like to have rental properties and managing from afar.  She currently lives with her husband and two kids in Arlington, VA.

 

Kyle Hatcher:  Partner and Co-Founder

Kyle grew up in Nashville, Tennessee, and received his undergrad in business from the University of Georgia.  After several years in corporate management, he taught economics in the Peace Corps in Kazakhstan and received his master's degree in International Security and Development, an experience that eventually drew him to Washington DC.  Kyle earned a Presidential Management Fellowship in 2005, and subsequently joined the U.S. diplomatic corps in 2007.  In 2013, Kyle was named one of the University of Georgia's 40 Under 40 for his professional and social contributions.  Kyle has called Washington DC home since 2005, and manages his own Capitol Hill and Silver Spring properties. He has lived and worked in Kazakhstan, Russia, The Bahamas, and Hungary.

Rebecca Ripley:  Partner and Co-Founder

Becca grew up in Bismarck, North Dakota, and has lived across the US and around the world ever since, including Peace Corps service in Kyrgyzstan. She began to call DC home in 2005, and received her master’s degree in conflict analysis and resolution from George Mason University before moving to Moscow for her spouse’s first State Department post. She has put her degrees to work overseas and domestically with NGOs and the government and has been involved in the management of her Capitol Hill and Maryland properties since 2007. She has lived and worked in Ecuador, Puerto Rico, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, The Bahamas, and Hungary.  Becca is a State Department EFM.
