Nancy O’Neal was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and earned her bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University. She began her career as an elementary school teacher and more recently, as a State Department EFM, she has worked in Public Affairs offices at U.S. embassies in Iraq, Italy and Oman while living in those locations. Nancy currently resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband Jeff, a foreign service officer. They have 2 grown children and one granddaughter. Nancy enjoys reading, traveling, and walking/hiking outdoors.
Robert Sullivan, who goes by “Sully”, grew up in Jacksonville, FL. After attending Jacksonville University, he moved to Washington, D.C. and worked as a commercial photographer specializing in product, fashion, and architecture photography. After getting married to a U.S. Foreign Service Officer, they moved to Islamabad, Pakistan, where he worked in the Facilities Department. After Pakistan, they moved to Costa Rica where he held started work as a Rover at the Embassy and ultimately as a Community Liaison Officer. Sully current resides in Alexandria. He is a dedicated father, home chef, amateur carpenter, and proud to be married to his rock star wife of the Foreign Service.
Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Lalo has an Industrial and Systems Engineering BS from Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM). He has been a Math and Computer Science High School Teacher in international schools in Mexico and Myanmar. He currently lives in Arlington, VA. Lalo is very excited to be a part of Team Congo at Globe Trotter Properties!
