Shefali was born and raised in New Delhi, India. She speaks English and Hindi. She worked as a GSO/Housing Assistant in the New Delhi Embassy for over ten years, where she met her husband. They have since been posted in five different countries and moved over 12 times. Shefali is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia. Because of her experience in the Foreign Service, she understands the stress of renting and living overseas. In her career, Shefali has received a Superior Honor and Meritorious award for her work. Her excellent customer services and time management skills are coupled with her expertise in real estate and property management. Shefali lives in Virginia with her husband, two boys, and her dog. She loves dancing, reading, traveling, and the work that she does.

Growing up in a military family, Lana is no stranger to the stress and anxiety that can come with moving often. She has had the opportunity to live in Florida, North Carolina, Alaska, and Upstate New York before her family settled in Alabama. In 2013, she began her career as a Realtor and Property Manager while completing her degree in Business Management from Troy University. For the next 6 years, Lana excelled at managing a portfolio of nearly 100 single-family homes in a high-turnover, military dominated area. In 2019, Lana’s husband received an amazing job opportunity that brought them to the DMV region.
Lana worked as the leasing and marketing manager for a local company in D.C for two years while learning the area before choosing GTP as her new property management home. Lana’s diverse upbringing, determination to conquer any challenge, and passion for helping people has created a powerful combination of southern charm and northern efficiency. During her career, a few words used by Lana’s clients to describe her include: honest, reliable, sincere, genuine, knowledgeable, personal yet professional, and a woman of integrity.
When not working Lana enjoys spending time with her husband (Pat), son (Brantley), and Huskador (Chica). The four of them can usually be found camping, kayaking, watching sports (especially Alabama Football - Roll Tide!), cooking new meals, traveling, and enjoying all of the amazing restaurants that the DMV has to offer.
Ghezal Gobar - Property Manager (Northern Virginia)

Ghezal was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and lived in England, Germany, and the US. She started elementary school in London and finished school in New York. Ghezal earned her BS degree in Economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA and IT certificates from Georgetown University. Ghezal speaks English, Persian, Farsi/Dari.
Ghezal’s exposure to the international community has been the most fascinating, both during the time she lived abroad and while working at the School of Foreign Services of GU and International department of MicroStrategy.
Prior to joining the Real Estate Industry, Ghezal worked as the assistant VP of a local retail bank in the finance and sales division and managed rentals as an investor for over 20 years. Ghezal enjoys property management very much and is passionate about learning, traveling, reading, cooking, and music.

Pat was raised on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and received a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting from East Carolina University. After 15 years of service as a Marketing director at multiple television stations throughout the southeast, Pat and his wife Lana, who is also a licensed real estate agent and property manager with GTP, moved to the DMV so he could begin a highly successful career as a contractor with the federal government. With opportunities to serve as a creative communications specialist for the Air Force, FAA, and DARPA, Pat found himself in some incredible opportunities to utilize his leadership and creative vision to truly make a lasting impact on the general public and our warfighters.
Pat and Lana reside in Arlington, Virginia with their son and amazing husky Chica. When not working the Beard family enjoys Alabama football, camping in Shenandoah, or playing card games on their balcony.
