Rose Collins - Property Manager & Team Lead (Washington, D.C. and Maryland)   Rosemary Collins grew up in Wyncote, Pennsylvania and is the 10th of 15 children. She was a fire fighter/emergency medical technician volunteer before moving to Maryland and receiving her B.S. degree in health sciences therapy from Howard University in Washington, D.C. Rose served with her husband, a 32-year veteran of the State Department, in the West African countries of Cape Verde and Gambia. While in Cape Verde, she was employed as Warehouse Supervisor and enhanced her customer service and organizational skills. As a self-admitted DIY addict, she has a keen eye for renovation projects including those in her own home, specifically a $40,000.00 renovation which was completed this past year. Rose enjoys her free time doing jigsaw puzzles and needlework, and spending time with her husband, children and two grandchildren.

Right out of college, he got a job in the marketing department at AT&T Mexico, and later founded a technology company called Sasquatch where he helped develop a virtual tour tool for real estate agents, as well as the most popular restaurant website in the city. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, he has worked in the sales and customer service departments of several companies, including Apple. He then got married to whom he swears is "the most beautiful human on the planet." He has lived abroad in Dubai, and now calls Capitol Hill home.

Sergio Garcia grew up in Monterrey, Mexico. He graduated from Universidad de Monterrey with a degree in International Studies. Right out of college, he got a job in the marketing department at AT&T Mexico, and later founded a technology company called Sasquatch where he helped develop a virtual tour tool for real estate agents, as well as the most popular restaurant website in the city. In addition to his entrepreneurial endeavors, he has worked in the sales and customer service departments of several companies, including Apple. He then got married to whom he swears is "the most beautiful human on the planet." He has lived abroad in Dubai, and now calls Capitol Hill home.

Janelle Mingus - Property Manager (Washington, D.C. and Maryland)   Janelle was born and raised in Kentucky where she also attended Transylvania University, receiving her BA in Biology. Fun fact, Transylvania means 'across the woods', but the university has learned to embrace other references too! Janelle graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health with an MPH in Epidemiology. For 10 years, she has lived and worked abroad with the Foreign Service in Brazil, India, Mexico, and currently Maryland. While stationed abroad, Janelle worked as an EFM within the Mission as a Consular Assistant and CLO, as well as a consultant for HIV programs within the local economy. Before the Foreign Service, she lived in DC working on international HIV prevention programming. Janelle is an award-winning, global health professional with extensive experience in public health, diplomacy, and program management. An excellent communicator, she has leveraged her varied experiences over the years to fine turn her program design, implementation, and evaluation skills to best serve her clients. In her spare time, Janelle enjoys reading, visiting the park with her 2 kids and dog, and improving her Spanish.

His interest also include volunteering - he has volunteered as English and Art Teacher in the U.S., India and Honduras, as financial advisor for low-income Hispanic families in Virginia and D.C., and as a fund raiser for orphanages in Honduras and Pakistan. His personal interests include reading comic books, playing futbol, traveling, walking, recycling, receiving friends and family for visits, and exploring the D.C. area with his wife and daughter.  *LLC James does not actually work at GTP, but he does occasionally come hang out when headshots are still being developed in the dark room.

She has held other positions in training and development programs, diversity consulting, and as the Director of a college program. She now lives in Maryland with her family where she works as a performing artist, speaker and certified life coach.
