Anna Dille is a long-term resident of the Washington, D.C. area and owns rental property in Northern Virginia and overseas, with experience in house and apartment renovations and landscaping. She is originally from Minsk, Belarus, and has lived and worked at U.S. Embassies in Prague and Astana, Kazakhstan. There she ran the Community Liaison Office, where she was involved in housing for new arrivals to the mission. Additionally, she has run two small businesses and was an educator. She has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Minsk State Linguistic University and is halfway through a degree in interior design at the Academy of Art University.
Daniela Torrico is a licensed corporate and environmental lawyer from Bolivia, who has worked as a corporate advisor and consultant and as an environmental law professor. She earned her Master's degree in Spain and has lived in Madrid. After moving to the D.C. area, she focused her energies in helping the Latin-American and Caribbean's most vulnerable population by volunteering in the IDB Family's Association Social Assistance Committee. Daniela understands a client/professional work environment and thrives in seeking the client's best interests. She resides in Bethesda, Maryland, with her husband and two young boys.
Sanja is originally from Niš, Serbia, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Linguistics from the University of Niš. Following her education, she worked as a high school teacher for three years before moving to the United States. She started working as a Coordinator within the Human Resources department of a commercial pool management company. While there she developed a deep understanding of the DMV area. She has a passion for traveling and understands the many responsibilities, joys and struggles associated with managing a property from far away. She and her husband currently manage a property in their hometown and have been doing so for five years. Sanja is an active member of the local Serbian community and volunteers every Sunday teaching Serbian to children. She loves nature and enjoys ending a day of hiking or skiing with a glass of wine. Sanja lives in Bethesda, MD with her husband and baby daughter.
Oydin was born in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, where she earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration and Marketing. She moved to Washington D.C. in 2004, where she earned her Masters degree in Professional Accounting and worked for a non-governmental organization, the American Bar Association, and the Rule of Law Initiative in grants management. Oydin has lived in Mauritania and Macedonia, where she worked in various administrative positions at the U.S. Embassies, and lived most recently in Austria where she worked at the U.S. Mission to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) as a program assistant for budgeting and staff management. Oydin is currently enjoying life in Northern Virginia, where she lives with her husband, mother, and three kids. She enjoys the amazing opportunities in the region for biking and hiking on weekends.
Danielle Burke is originally from New York but has lived and traveled extensively in the US and overseas. She attended Boston College for both undergraduate and graduate school, earning a BA and M.Ed in English and Education. Danielle worked as an Educational Consultant with LeapFrog Enterprises in California and Argentina before leaving the private sector. She then worked as a Community Liaison Officer in the U.S. Embassies of Bogota, Colombia, and Brussels, Belgium, working closely with the housing office to assist new arrivals to the mission with selecting and settling into their properties. Additionally, she was a teacher, tutor, and running coach in London before returning to the D.C. area this summer.
