Mandi Wolfes - Senior Property Manager Mandi Wolfes grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington in Seattle.  She lived in Granada, Spain, and spent 5 summers volunteering in public health projects in Latin America through the Amigos De Las Americas program.  Teach for America brought her to Baltimore to teach middle school Spanish, after which, she transitioned to working as a Housing Counselor for local non-profit organizations. Mandi is fluent in Spanish, with a rusty command for American Sign Language and Portuguese.  She lives in Northeast Washington D.C. with her husband and 2 young children.

Anna Dille - Property Manager

Anna Dille is a long-term resident of the Washington, D.C. area and owns rental property in Northern Virginia and overseas, with experience in house and apartment renovations and landscaping.  She is originally from Minsk, Belarus, and has lived and worked at U.S. Embassies in Prague and Astana, Kazakhstan. There she ran the Community Liaison Office, where she was involved in housing for new arrivals to the mission.  Additionally, she has run two small businesses and was an educator.  She has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Minsk State Linguistic University and is halfway through a degree in interior design at the Academy of Art University.  

Alex Moriarty - Property Manager

Alexandra (Alex) has had roots in Washington, D.C. since 2000.  Though she is originally from a small town outside of Pittsburgh, Alex moved to Paris at the age of 14 and has since lived in D.C., Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia, and Rome. She has spent much of her career working as a cook and in other areas of the food industry. She holds a B.A. in English Literature and French Language from DePaul University in Chicago and a Master in Food Culture and Communications from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. Alexandra lives in Columbia Heights and spends most of her free time either practicing yoga or eating popcorn.

 

Krystsina Turner - Property Manager

Krystsina Turner is originally from Minsk, Belarus.  She graduated from Belarusian State Economic University in 2005.  Krystsina has worked as a Community Liaison Officer in the U.S. Embassies of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, and Warsaw, Poland, and as an Administrative Assistant in U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica.  She recently returned back to the D.C. area from Almaty, Kazakhstan, and is a State Department EFM.  Krystsina speaks Belarusian, Russian, and Polish. 

Amanda Beyer - Property Manager Amanda is a native of Arkansas and has lived and worked in Seattle, Pittsburgh, Eastern Shore, MD and Bloomington, IN.  In 2008, she earned her MPA with a focus in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University where she met her Foreign Service Officer husband. With State, Amanda has worked as a Community Liaison Officer Coordinator in Abuja, Nigeria, and as a Consular Assistant in St Petersburg, Russia.  Her previous work experience is heavy in direct service nonprofits and grants management.  She is an Americorps Alum. Recently, Amanda and her husband returned from Russia and bought a home in Northern Virginia.  Together they have two young boys.
