Kerry Ross was born and raised in Long Island, NY. Kerry served in the U.S. military and then the Department of Defense in Education and Outreach Management. She brings over 20 years of government service. Kerry has lived in Panama, Suriname, Germany and Italy. She holds degrees in Education and Outdoor Management from Salisbury University. Kerry understands the stress of moving to a new place and the challenge that comes with renting or owning a home overseas and stateside. Kerry is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and currently resides in Falls Church with her husband and 3 lively boys. She enjoys all sports, being outdoors, and cooking and eating lots of Italian food.

Amaan was born and raised in New Delhi, India. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of New Delhi and his LLB (Hons) Degree from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom. He completed the Legal Practice Course (Solicitors Course) from the College of Law, London and worked as a Legal and Business Consultant for 15 years before moving to the United States. Amaan has worked for law firms, individual clients, the USAID India office, and corporations. Amaan is a licensed real estate agent in Virginia and a Tax Specialist working with H&R block. Currently he lives in Fairfax with his wife and two children. He likes to travel, play sports like soccer, basketball, badminton, watch movies, cook, and collect unique coins and antiques.

Victoria was born and raised in Moscow, Russia. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in IT Management and recently received her MBA in Digital Marketing. As a State Department EFM, Victoria lived in Kenya, Montenegro, Brazil, Uzbekistan and Latvia and worked as a Community Liaison Office Coordinator, a Consular Section assistant, and an Administrative assistant in a Political-Economic Section. She understands the stress of traveling and transitioning from one place to another and the challenges that may come with moving to a new home. Victoria is customer-focused, loves working and interacting with people to make their experience as smooth as possible. She speaks English, Russian, Portuguese and some Serbian. Victoria is licensed as a real estate agent in Virginia and currently lives with her husband, three sons, two dogs and two cats in her house in Fairfax. She enjoys travel and being outdoors, playing tennis, reading and spending time with her family.

Sharon was born in Alexandria VA, but split her upbringing between San Diego and Sun Valley, ID. She earned her degree in political science from UC San Diego before venturing to Washington, DC for a senior-year internship at the White House. For nearly a decade thereafter, she served various congressmen in executive assistant roles, adeptly managing schedules and myriad responsibilities. Transitioning from Capitol Hill, Sharon returned to school to pursue her passion for Interior Design, influenced by her family background in real estate. She loves all types of homes and the stories they tell. Sharon has taught preschool for over 10 years. Teaching 2 and 3 year olds is a favorite passion of hers. It takes a lot patience and calm problem solving skills to help navigate their big emotions! When not teaching or shuttling around her 3 teens, she enjoys gardening, reading, Pilates and touring model homes near her long-time residence in Reston, VA

Lori is originally from North Carolina and settled in Northern Virginia as a Navy brat in 1985. She attended the University of Tennessee and East Carolina University, earning degrees in Public Relations/Journalism and Business. Lori has been a full-time Realtor since 2013, and her vast market knowledge and extensive experience in the real estate market in Northern Virginia has allowed her to confidently guide clients through one of life’s most important financial transactions. A dedicated client advocate delivering the highest level of customer service, Lori has consistently demonstrated a commitment to protecting clients and their real estate investments.
A devoted wife and mother of three, a certified 200hr yoga teacher, and an avid entertainer, Lori also enjoys mountain biking, kayaking and hiking the local parks.

Tim was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He earned a B.A. from Texas A&M University and an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University. He has over 25 years of combined military and federal government experience. Most of this time was spent overseas, living and working in diverse countries within Eastern and Western Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, and Latin America. Tim is familiar with the intricacies of home ownership while overseas, having remotely managed his own long and short term rental properties. Tim enjoys adventure travel, and hiking and biking through remote regions of the world.

Becky is originally from Massachusetts and attended Tufts University where she was an NCAA swimmer and graduated with degrees in Biology and Clinical Psychology. She also graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Culinary Arts degree. Her husband is an Active Duty Aviator in the US Army and they have four children. They have lived all over the US as well as Europe and Asia during the past 25 years. Becky and her family have lived in Arlington for the past 10 years and Becky has worked in Real Estate since 2017. She understands the needs of tenants and landlords, is detail oriented, and an expert in customer service.
Becky is a trained chef, avid gardener, beekeeper and a veteran of her husband's four overseas deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. She also enjoys photographing her four children in their various athletic endeavors.
