Jennifer Greathouse - Operations and Onboarding Manager

Jen grew up in both the Chicago-land area and London. She received her BA degree from Indiana University in Social and Behavioral Psychology and recently completed her second degree, a BS in Nutrition. After completing her undergraduate studies, she worked in Marketing Research and Sales as a Research Analyst and Sales Manager until she met her husband and joined him in the Foreign Service. Life abroad took them to Africa where they have lived in Senegal, Uganda, and Gambia. Working as an EFM, Jen has worked as both a Sub-Contractor and an Assistant General Services Officer. Jen has a passion for working with people and delivering excellent customer service to ensure her clients needs be met at a standard they desire. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and traveling and has been known to be a pet whisperer of sorts as well. Jen is a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Jennifer is a native Washingtonian who holds a degree in English Literature and Philosophy from Trinity Washington University. After moving every few years growing up in her military family, Jennifer finally settled in Manhattan as a Vice President and Project Manager for JPMorgan Chase until her native New Yorker husband relocated them overseas - first to Prague, Czech Republic and then to Shanghai, China, where Jennifer was able to leverage her project management skills as a GSO at the U.S. Consulate in charge of property and travel. Jennifer enjoys reading, music and virtually anything on Bravo, along with spending time with her two energetic young boys.

Kate grew up in upstate New York. She received a BA in Political Science & Law and Society from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. Kate spent the next ten years moving, taking advantage of the interesting opportunities that came her way; including an internship at Scottish National Party HQ and the Scottish Parliament, the Museum Of Fine Arts, Boston and the National Trust for Historic Preservation in Washington, DC. Kate owns a rental property in DC and enjoys the unique responsibilities that come with property management. Kate has three young children and jumps at every chance to escape the city and get back to the woods.

Carrie is native to San Diego, California, and has lived and travelled throughout the US and abroad. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Oceanography, and spent time exploring underwater archaeology and working in technical diving, before eventually returning to school for a Master’s degree in elementary education. She has taught pre-K, kindergarten and first grade both internationally and in the US. As the spouse of a Foreign Service officer, she has lived in Ethiopia, Nigeria and most recently, Denmark. She currently resides in Virginia and enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, practicing yoga, planning adventure trips, reading and trying to keep her plants alive.

Silke was born and raised in Germany. As a military spouse she moved to the United States where she earned a Bachelor of Science at the Pennsylvania State University.
After Silke and her family moved to the Washington D.C. area, she joined the Globe Trotter Properties Team.
She enjoys traveling, exercising, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.

Christi was born and raised in Vernon, Texas. She received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Public Administration from Texas A&M University. Upon graduation, she started her career in the Office of Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison in Washington, DC. As the spouse of a State Department Foreign Service Officer, she has lived abroad in Colombia, Venezuela, Kenya, Uruguay and Spain. She has held various Embassy positions, including as an RSO Administrative Assistant and Community Liaison Officer. Christi currently resides in Madrid, Spain, with her husband and two children. She enjoys photography, spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Iryna Tanner - Accounting Specialist

Iryna Tanner was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus, where she earned a master’s degree in Russian language and literature. She lectured at Belarus State University and Beijing Linguistic University. After marrying an American diplomat, Iryna lived in Durban, South Africa, Astana, Kazakhstan, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and Manama, Bahrain. In Astana, Iryna worked at the U.S. Embassy, the European Commission, and other embassies as a Russian teacher. She is fluent in Russian, Belarusian, and English. Iryna now lives in Arlington, Virginia, with her husband and two daughters.
Juliana Krauss Grey - Billing and Advertising Manager for Virginia

Juliana is originally from São Paulo, Brazil. There she worked with customer services for many years before she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy and started working as a preschool teacher. She came to the United States as an Au Pair in 2009. After the Au Pair program, she worked in a preschool and taught Portuguese in Virginia. Juliana is a State Department EFM and has lived in Turkey with her family. She is completing another Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies with a concentration in Public Relations.
Krystsina Turner - Billing and Advertising Specialist for Washington, DC & Maryland

Krystsina is originally from Minsk, Belarus. She graduated from Belarusian State Economic University in 2005. Krystsina has worked as a Community Liaison Officer in the U.S. Embassies of Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, and Warsaw, Poland, and as an Administrative Assistant in U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. She recently returned back to the D.C. area from Almaty, Kazakhstan, and is a State Department EFM. Krystsina speaks Belarusian, Russian, and Polish.
Silvana Montaldo - Billing and Advertising Specialist for Virginia

Born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Silvana has also lived in Turkey, Bolivia, and will soon move to Uruguay as part of her Foreign Service life. She holds a degree in Translations Studies (English/Spanish) and recently received an M.A. in Journalism. Silvana translated a seminal time on renewable energy in 2022 and had several news articles published in La Nación (Argentine newspaper).
Previously, Silvana served as a Visa Assistant (2005-2012) in the U.S. Embassy in Argentina and as a Consular Associate in La Paz, Bolivia handling American Citizen Services. Through these positions, Silvana excelled at crisis management and customer service. As a former GTP property manager (2016-2018), she knows the importance of being on top of every issue that may arise. Silvana is part of the Billing and Ads team in GTP.
